The most common symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea are:
- Repeadly stop breathing for 10 to 15 seconds or longer during sleep.
- Usualy snore loudly.
- Very tired during the day.
- Difficulty concentrating, poor memory.
- Irritability or personality change.
- Sleep apnea can affect children, and adults.
