The most common symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea are:

  • repeatedly stop breathing for 10 to 15 seconds or longer during sleep
  • usually snore loudly
  • very tired during the day
  • difficulty concentrating, poor memory
  • irritability or personality change
  • sleep apnea can affect children and adults
